Varudai takes reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the information provided is error-free, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Varudai reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

Order Processing

When you place an order through our website, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. We will process your order within 5-8 business days. Varudai will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products purchased on our website within the specified time frame. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as COVID lockdowns, we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified time frame. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order, including shipping and tracking information.

Payment

We accept payment via major credit cards and secure online payment gateways. We take the security of your personal and payment information seriously and use secure encryption technology to protect it. You agree to provide accurate and current information in connection with your payment.

Tax and Duty

Tax and duty fees will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Returns and Exchange

We offer a 30-day return policy for all countries except the GCC. Returns must be in their original, unused condition and include the original invoice. Used, damaged, or missing items will not be accepted for return. Sale items and custom-made pieces with engravings and letters are non-refundable. Varudai will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from your use of our website or our products and services.
