Shipping & Delivery:
- We offer free worldwide delivery via DHL Express.

- Every order is normally shipped within 5-8 business days, however, it may experience delays in unavoidable situations such as COVID lockdowns.
- For custom design pieces, shipping times may vary based on the availability of gemstones and diamonds in the market.
- Tax and duty fees will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Return & Refund:
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of shipment dispatch for all countries except GCC.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and include the original invoice.
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method aand towards the same account used for your order and will only be processed after the quality check of the returned item.
- For GCC countries, we provide exchange or store credit to the same order amount.
- Used, damaged, or missing items will not be accepted for return.
- Sale items and custom-made pieces with engravings and letters are non-refundable.
- If you need a small alteration in the piece, such as adjusting the length of a necklace, we may be able to accommodate it, provided it does not affect the design of the item.
