Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the service provider. You can track your order from the service provider’s website or from your account dashboard. You can also track your website using the link, here.

Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

Yes, all Varudai orders are always gift-wrapped in a stunning box enveloped in a luxurious bag with a ribbon bow.

What are the materials used in all jewelry piece?

We only use pure solid 18k Gold in 3 colours (yellow gold, white gold and rose gold), G-H colour, VS1 or SI2 clarity diamonds and precious and semi-precious stones. The shapes of diamonds and gemstones are based on the jewelry design (Round, Assher cut, Emerald cut, Oval, Marquise, Pear, Heart, Radiant)

Where are all the diamonds and gemstones sourced from?

All our gemstones including diamonds are natural and ethically sourced. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity that assures the ethical origins of stones and diamonds. Since orders with these certificates might take 2 – 4 days more than your normal delivery time, they are sent to you based on your request.

How long does it take to confirm the order?

Usually, the order confirmation will be within 2- 3 hours, based on the payment method used. You will be receiving a confirmation email when your order is confirmed.

How much is the shipping cost?

We do not charge our customers any shipping costs. We provide Free Shipping for all countries.

Do product prices include Tax and Duty?

No, the product prices do not include Tax and Duty, however, it will be calculated on the checkout page based on the shipping address.

What happens if the payment method fails?

Your order will not be confirmed, until your transaction is complete. You can contact us anytime if you want to process the orders with another payment method. We will provide you with the link for the payment.

Do you customise the jewel pieces?

Yes, we offer jewelry customisation. You can contact us anytime if you have a design or idea, you would like our craftsmen to work upon. We also provide customised engraving on jewel pieces.

Can I include a personalised gift message with my order?

Yes, you can. You will find a notes section on the checkout page. Through that section, submit the personalised message you would like to send with the order.

Does Varudai offer e-gift cards?

Yes, we have e-gift cards that you can sent directly to your loved ones with a personalised message and date of your choice. They can redeem this e-card for any Varudai jewelry.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We usually ship within 2-3 working days from the order date. Your order should be delivered to you within 5-7 working days based on your location.

Does Varudai ship to all countries?

Yes, we do worldwide shipping and use DHL express for all our deliveries.

Can I ship my order to an international location?

Yes, you can. We’ll be glad to take your order wherever you’d like it be delivered.

Can I make payments in installments?

Yes, we use Tabby for interest free installment payment, however, this feature is currently available in UAE only.

What happens when the order is placed on public holidays?

Your order will be confirmed irrespective of the day, but it will be shipped only after 2-3 business working days.

Can I return an engraved Item?

Yes, you can. But you need to reach us before 6 hours from the order placed.

What are your working hours?

We usually operate 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday) (9AM – 6PM) Our hours many vary based on Ramadan timing by UAE, as well as due to public holidays.

Can I try a jewel piece before buying?

No, you cannot try because each piece is handmade when an order is placed. However, if you plan to visit us, you can try similar jewelry pieces which would be available in our office.

What if the ordered piece isn’t the right size?

You can reach out to us. We can accommodate a small alteration if it doesn’t affect the design of the item.

Do orders come with an authenticity certificate?

All our jewel pieces are made with great care and responsibility. We use pure gold and ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones. We can provide you with the authenticity certificate if you request for any particular order. However, please note that this may cause slight delay in delivery.

How do I find the correct size?

You could find the size guide on the product page based on the product categories. You can also check this link, if you are still not able to find the right size.

Does Varudai has a physical store in Dubai?

No, we don’t have any physical stores in Dubai. We only sell through our e-commerce platform, and that’s one of the reasons why our pieces come with affordable price tags.

Is there a warranty for the products?

We provide a 2 year limited warranty with some terms and conditions applied. Please read terms and conditions for a better understanding.

How can I redeem my store credit?

You can enter the coupon code received on your email on the checkout page at the time of placing an order.

Can we order via phone call or any other social media platforms?

Yes, you can place an order from our website chat box, social media messaging platforms (Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger) as well as email.

What are the services you use for shipment?

We use DHL express for all our deliveries.

Does Varudai sell wholesale?

We do create specific collections for retailers that have pieces engraved with their logo or brand. These white label pieces are provided at very competitive prices. There is no minimum quantity for orders. Kindly contact us to discuss further.
