However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, dimensions and weight may vary slightly from the provided specifications. While we aim to provide approximate values, exact measurements and weights cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders if products are listed at incorrect prices due to errors or inaccuracies.

Order Processing

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. The order is accepted when we dispatch the goods. Our standard processing time is 5-8 business days; however, custom orders or external factors may cause delays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking details. Payment

We accept major credit cards and payments through secure gateways. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and current payment information. Varudai ensures that all personal and payment details are encrypted for security.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. These fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for non-custom products, except for customers in GCC countries, who are eligible only for store credit. All items must be returned in original, unused condition, accompanied by the original invoice. Damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted for return.

For custom-made products, no refunds will be issued. However, we offer modifications or repairs post-delivery for an additional cost, depending on the extent of changes requested.

If resizing is needed and does not involve the addition of gold or other materials, it will be done free of charge, but the customer must cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. For more details, please see our Shipping Page.

Limitation of Liability

Varudai will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
