Shipping & Delivery
- Free Worldwide Shipping: Every order is shipped via DHL Express at no additional cost.
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5–8 business days. Custom designs or external delays (such as restrictions or supplier lead times) may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
- Custom orders may require additional time depending on the availability of diamonds or gemstones.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey until it reaches you.
Taxes & Duties
Any applicable taxes or duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Please note that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Return & Refund Policy
- 30-Day Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy for all items, excluding custom-made pieces and items sold to GCC countries. The return window begins from the date of shipment dispatch.
- Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and invoices included.
- We are unable to accept returns on worn, altered, or damaged items.
- Refunds:
- Eligible returns will be refunded through the original payment method (except for GCC orders).
- Customers in GCC countries are eligible for store credit instead of cash refunds. You may contact us for full details on store credit usage.
- Custom Orders:
- Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for refunds. However, modifications or repairs can be arranged after delivery for an additional fee (costs vary depending on the request).
- Free Resizing: We offer complimentary resizing for custom pieces, provided it doesn’t require additional materials like gold. Shipping costs for returning the piece are covered by the customer.
Product Variations
Handcrafted with Care: All our pieces are handmade, which means there may be very slight variations in weight or dimensions from the specifications listed. Rest assured, the final product will always fall within the approximate range provided.
How to Return
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please email us at contact@varudai.com. You can also message us on Instagram (@varudai_jewelry) or through our website chat window with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label—simply print it, pack your item securely, and hand it over to the courier.
